I have a strong retail background starting at a young age in my family's audio-video business. I then entered the home furniture business working in management for a large Michigan retailer. Seeing a need for more of a personalized customer experience, we created Flair Interiors. Working with our design staff on different styles is still exciting to me after all these years.

I am a graduate of Western Michigan University and a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo. I started my career in Interior Design in 1992 and have never looked back. Working with clients everyday is something that I will never tire of. My goal is to not only give you design suggestions, but to bring your dream designs to life.

Jessica McGuire
Interior Designer, Allied ASID
I graduated with a degree in Interior Design and have since become an allied member of ASID. I started my career at Flair Interiors in 2009 as an Office Manager; now I have transitioned into an in-home Design consultant. I enjoy meeting different people on a daily basis and working with different design styles. Helping people accomplish their design needs is something that I love to do, from start to furnished.

Kelly Dent
Office Manager
I began my career as a Design Assistant but have been involved in just about every aspect of the furniture business. I had over 12 years experience in the industry before joining Flair Interiors in 2011 as the Office Manager. Several furniture representatives introduced me to the idea of Flair and how much fun it would be to work here. I love the process of designing, from the materials, to the fabrics, and furniture.

Nicole Hopson
Designer
I studied design at The Art Institute of Michigan where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. As a designer, I feel it is important to help you define your style while maintaining the spaces functionality. I love to collaborate and help create a space that you will love coming home to.

John Paxson
Lead Installer
After retiring from 20 years in the military I became Flair Interiors lead installer for window fashions. With new products introduced almost daily, no two windows are alike. I really enjoy seeing what our Designers create for clients, and being able to put it all together.

Angela Harness
Design Assistant
I began working at Flair Interiors in 2010 as an intern from Western Michigan University. I will soon have my Bachelors in Interior Design and have learned so much from this Design Team. I love all aspects of design, from Art to Architecture, and can't wait to make it a lifelong career. I spend most of my time working closely with the decorators on room layouts, drawings and fabric selections.

Sandi Medema
Floral Designer
I have been creating custom floral arrangements with Flair Interiors since 2006 and have over 40 years of experience. I am very passionate about floral design and love creating new arrangements and integrating them seamlessly with the design of a space.

Justin Kozminske
Installer / Delivery Manager
I began working at Flair Interiors in 2004 assisting in the window treatment installation department. Since that time, my responsibilities have grown to include overseeing the warehouse and delivery departments. I work closely with the decorators on measuring and making templates for some of the more specialty window treatments.

Bobby Franks
Delivery and Warehouse
I began working for Flair Interiors in 2009 in the warehouse by receiving and unpacking products. I am the first one who sees the new products which means I have the inside scoop! I really enjoy being on the front line assisting the Designers with furniture and window covering deliveries to your home.

John Pinkster

I began my technology career with Flair Interiors several years ago and have never stopped working with the team on how to improve our use of technology. The best part of my job has always been spending time with our designers on new ideas and then seeing them become a reality. They have such a Flair for design that it makes our creation process very exciting.
